We also participate in work on changes in applicable provisions in the field of commercial law as part of appropriate stages of the legislative path.

Our Law Firm undertakes pro publico bono activities, providing, among others, free advice to originators in negotiations with private equity/venture capital funds or investors/business angels as part of commercialization of their products that have socially significant utility.
