- we support Clients in respect of intellectual property transfers in mergers and acquisitions;
- we prepare and negotiate agreements for the transfer of intellectual property rights and license agreements;
- we prepare implementation contracts in the field of information technology (IT);
- we conduct legal audits on intellectual property rights at the request of an investor or seller.
